Arena Pursuits is a Corporate Entertainment, Team Building and Outdoor Pursuits company based on 250 acres on the Kent/Sussex border, overlooking Bewl Water.

ARENA PURSUITS offers children of 11 year olds upwards the opportunity to learn to drive off road in safe surroundings under the tuition of experienced instructors.

Early Learning Driving from Age 111 Initial lessons will take place in wide-open grass areas where steering, gear changing and other basic controls can be learned and mastered. Then it is on to the several miles of private roadways, tracks and headlands to practice their newly learned skills.

ARENA EARLY LEARNING DRIVING is not just a one off. More experienced young drivers can progress onto slaloms, skid control, auto tests, correct road driving techniques and even our purpose built ‘Jungle’ 4 x 4 course.

The 2-hour sessions are based on 3 people per vehicle with an instructor, although we also offer 1 hour lessons on a 1 to 1 basis.

Ideal for Birthday Parties, School Groups, Youth Clubs, Scouts, Guides etc. Gift Vouchers are available, which are valid for a year.

Where:

ARENA PURSUITS is located near Flimwell in East Sussex (21 miles south of the M25).  It is half a mile from the main London-Hastings road, and is within easy reach of London and all the major centres in Sussex, Surrey and Kent.  The site is in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty overlooking Bewl Water.

When:

Weekdays and weekends from May to end September/early October, dependent upon weather.

Age and Size:

Minimum age is 11 (no maximum) and minimum height is 4’ 10” (1 metre 48cms).

Vehicles

Lessons will be in a Land Rover Discovery or V8 Land Rover Safaris.

Cost:

1 hour & 1 person per vehicle with individual instruction £85 per session
2 hour session with one vehicle, ideal for 1, 2 or 3 people £160 per session

Prices include VAT at the current rate.

Gift Vouchers:

Gift vouchers make ideal Christmas and Birthday gifts and are available for 1 or 2 hour sessions. Please call the office to arrange this.
