Paintballing Parties
Ages: 10 to 18

Junior Paintball Games at Arena Pursuits are ideal for birthday parties, schools, youth clubs, scouts, guides, A.T.C.’s and sports clubs etc. Full safety equipment is provided, including overalls, goggles, facemasks and balaclavas.

Paintball Prices per head:

Half Day Game	10.00 am - 1.00 pm	£47.50
	2.00 pm - 5.00 pm	£47.50
	5.00 pm - 8.30 pm (summer only)	£47.50

Prices include VAT at the current rate.

We can be flexible on times. Please telephone to discuss.

To include gun, overall, safety equipment, 500 paintballs, gas refills, and refreshments. Extra paintballs £6/hundred balls. Only paintballs provided by Arena Pursuits may be used.

Adult Ratio:

Please note: for insurance purposes we require 1 adult over the age of 18 to accompany every 5 players between the ages of 11-14. Accompanying adults are not required to play, but are very welcome to do so if they wish, and will be charged at the Junior rate.

The Organiser:

We give the organiser their half-day free if their group is 30+

Catering:

If you wish to picnic/barbeque, please allow a maximum of 45 minutes at the end of your game for collection purposes. We do not charge for the use of the barbeque, but please note that you will need to bring your own food, charcoal and cooking utensils. Arena may be able to cater if required (see below under Optional Extras).

We have unlimited fresh water for drinking so please refrain from bringing bottled water - you will significantly reduce the need for recycling and help save the planet too!

Optional Extras:

Group Barbecues can be provided by Arena Pursuits at £12.50 per head. This must be requested in advance, at the time of booking the Party. Minimum number required:10.

Clothing:

Players are strongly advised to bring sturdy footwear and a complete change of clothing, together with thin gloves. THIS ESSENTIAL THROUGHOUT THE YEAR.

Please Note: BBQS & PICNICS - Recycling the Recyclable - Removing the Rest

As always, we are happy to offer our visitors the use of the undercover BBQ and Picnic Area on the day of their event. However, we cannot cope with the enormous amount of rubbish which gets left after the parties - on busy weekends we can have up to 20 black bags to deal with. We have bins on site to recycle glass, clean plastic bottles and aluminium cans. For everything else – PLEASE TAKE IT HOME!!

It is the responsibility of the parent/teacher to ensure that the picnic/barbecue area is cleared up after use. Party Poppers are not encouraged!

In order to book your Junior Paintball Game, please telephone the Office on 01580 879614 giving us:

• the date on which you would like to play
• the number of players in your group – we require a minimum of 12 players for a game, but smaller groups can be put with other similar aged players for certain games

Once you have spoken to Arena and provisionally booked your date and times, please print out and complete the booking form and return it within 7 days enclosing £10 deposit per child by cheque, made out to ARENA PURSUITS LTD, and the name and telephone number of accompanying adult. The balance will then be collected on arrival/departure. We accept credit and debit cards.

Coaches:

We encourage larger groups to use mini buses but if coaches are used there are double gates 1/3rd of a mile down Rosemary Lane off the A21, which lead directly to the safety area with adequate parking and turning. This is preferable to coming down Rosemary Lane from Ticehurst/Flimwell end.
